This watch idea I created alludes to the well-known Seiko line. This idea has various distinctive qualities. New watch casing, slim bezel, but most importantly, a distinctive dial. A printed cloth is used to create the dial, which is then insulated with epoxy resin to give it rigidity so it can be processed and incorporated into the watch's body. Saving the ocean and the life it supports is a common theme among Seiko watches' diving models, such as the Seiko SAVE THE OCEAN model. The premise of my watch concept is the same, and the dial features a stingray as a nod to the topic. Three variations of the same watch are shown in the visualisation. In addition to cloth in the dial of the Sedy model with blue parts, epoxy resin is also blue, simulating the colour of the sea. The rocky coast is represented by the colour grey. This particular model would be considered a limited edition in actuality. The standard version would be available in the two remaining models.
