This project was inspired by papercut art. This art has long fascinated me, and I eventually applied it for creating the dial of a clock. I changed the design of the pointers several times, and the renders illustrate all changes from basic to final result. The second hand on a desk clock is unnecessary, so I replaced it with three rotating circles that are visually appealing. The glow center clearly shows the depth of the dial, and the edges reflect glow light. Shark inside is my own decide on because I enjoy the aerodynamic design of these sea creatures.
It is very relaxing to witness rings moving around the center, and this sense is amplified in the darkness.
