The relaxation pod in the shape of a rocket escape module has a built-in light in the upper part and speakers hidden behind the padding. You can thus connect a mobile phone for listening to music or a laptop. Two adults can fit in the pod. The sleeping surface is slightly tilted back at an angle of 15 degrees for a more intense feeling of privacy. The reason for this project is to escape from everyday stress in the form of relaxation and partial isolation from the surrounding world, this idea should help with mental health. The NASA logo refers to escape modules from the 80s, however, the interior also evokes the interior from the Star Trek series next generation. At the bottom of the module is a red light that symbolizes the flames that arise when the module enters the atmosphere. The light works primarily to illuminate the floor in the dark so that it is safe to leave the module and see the floor.
